CAMPSITES: Extended stay rates do not constitute a lease. No rights of tenency are conveyed. Please store all personal items underneath your RV in plastic lidded tubs. No clothes lines are to be used. No landscape changes (building structures or planting) are to be done to any site. The use of a sewer seal (doughnut) on your sewer connector is required. Liquid waste (dishwasher, etc) must be disposed of in the campsite area.
NO TENTS ALLOWED ON SITES!! KEEP YOUR YARDS CLEAN!

PAVILION: Is available to all guests, but you must check in with the office before use.
|
|
VEHICLES: No more than two (2) vehicles may be parked at any site. Do not park on other campsites. No washing vehicles or campers. No major mechanical work is to be done on any vehicle on any campsite. Motorcycles are allowed only for transportation to and from the campground. All vehicles require a pass including visitors. Car passes for guests and visitors may be picked up at the office. Do NOT park on other sites as they may be reserved.
No scooters, 4 wheelers, or motorized bikes. GOLF CARTS ONLY, DRIVER MUST BE LICENSED AND GOLF CART MUST BE INSURED.

VISITORS: All visitors must register at the office upon arrival. Each camper is responsible for the conduct of their visitors. There will be a $5.00 charge per extra guest per night.

CHILDREN: Children are the sole responsibility of the parents. Children must be supervised while using any of the facilities. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the swimming pool area. No lifeguard is provided.

|
PETS: All pets must be kept on a short leash when outside of your RV. Any animals found loose will be reported to the county Animal Control. No pets are to be left unattended outside of your RV. No pets are allowed in the pool area or around the playgrounds. No pets allowed in rental cabins.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both off and on the camp site.

BATHROOMS: Bathrooms are located on either side of the laundry room. Do not wash clothing, dishes, or cooking utensils in the bathrooms, there is a utility sink located behind the bathhouse. Smoking is prohibited inside the bathrooms. Please help us keep them clean.

PAY TELEPHONE: Located in front of the laundry room. Office phone is available for emergencies. Modem connection also available in office, connection time is restricted.

|
CAMPFIRES: Fires are permitted only within the fire rings provided. Please do not burn wood containing nails or wire. Please do not cut, deface, or drive nails into the trees and bushes within the campground. Fire wood may be purchased at the office or elsewhere.

GARBAGE: Please put bagged garbage in the dumpsters provided. Do not burn garbage in the fire rings. Dumpster locations are indicated on the Park Map.
WE DO NOT PICK UP GARBAGE.

FIREARMS: No firearms, fireworks, or explosives of any kind are allowed in the campground.
|
|
ALCOHOL: Please keep alcoholic beverages within your own campsite.
|
|
RESERVATIONS: To avoid reservation conflicts, please notify the office before noon if you will not be able to leave by the 12:00 NOON checkout time. Campers will be charged $2.00 per hour for staying past checkout time.
