RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR GUESTS

Please notify the office before 10:00 a.m. if you will not be able to leave by the required checkout time. Campers will be charged $2.00 per hour for staying past checkout time.
CAMPGROUND ENTRY: DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE OR STOP IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE FOR ANY REASON! ALL RV’s ARE TO PULL PAST THE OFFICE, PARK AT THE PROPANE FILLING STATION NEAR THE POND, AND THEN COME TO THE OFFICE TO CHECK-IN. YOU WILL NOT BE ASSISTED UNTIL YOU ARE PROPERLY PARKED.
Early check in is not allowed without prior approval. The gap between check in and out is to give our grounds team time to clean and re-dress sites in between guests. Our office is closed for lunch between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. If you arrive early you will have to sit and wait.
CAMPSITES: NO TENTS ALLOWED. Please be respectful of your neighbors and don’t walk through other campsites. No rugs on grass. No clothes lines are to be used. The use of a screwed type sewer connector is required. No A/C window units, refrigerators, washers, dryers or freezers allowed outside of camper. No tarps over campers. Do not cut, deface, or drive nails into the trees or bushes. Heated hoses are required from November 1 through April 1.
CAMPFIRES: Fires are permitted only within the fire rings provided. Fire rings are for firewood only! Please do not burn wood containing nails or wire, trash, pet waste bags, or any other household items in the fire rings. Firewood may be purchased at the office.
VEHICLES: Each site is permitted 1 vehicle (not including RV). If you have more than 1 vehicle, it must be registered at the campground office, must be parked in overflow parking, and is subject to a parking fee of $10.00 per day. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. Do not park on other campsites as they may be reserved. No washing vehicles or campers. No major mechanical work is to be done on any vehicle on any campsite. Motorcycles are allowed only for transportation to and from the campground. No scooters, ATVs, or motorized bikes. Golf carts may be operated by licensed drivers only. Golf cart must be insured.
No utility trailers allowed. Only motor cycle, golf cart, or car hauler trailers for motorhomes will be permitted
VISITORS: Each camper is responsible for the conduct of their visitors. There will be a $5.00 charge per extra adult (16+) guest per night and a $3.00 charge per extra child. Add that all overnight guests and their vehicles must be registered with our office.
CHILDREN: Children are the sole responsibility of the parents. Children must be supervised while using any of the facilities. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the swimming pool. No lifeguard is provided.
PETS: NO PIT BULLS, DOBERMAN PINSCHERS OR ROTTWEILERS. NO PET SNAKES. All pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash. Any animals found loose will be reported to the county Animal Control. Pets are not to be left unattended outside of your RV. No pets are allowed in the pool area. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Bags are available at the pet stations throughout the park. No pet fencing, tethering, or tie outs allowed. ANY PROBLEMS WITH PETS AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! Clean up after your pet.
PANNING: Panning for gold, gems, or other such items on the creeks located on and along the side of the campground is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Any guest found to be violating this policy can be asked to vacate the premises.
BATHROOMS: Bathrooms are located adjacent to the laundry room. Do not wash clothing, dishes, or cooking utensils in the bathrooms or in the laundry room’s sink. Smoking/vaping is prohibited. Please help us keep them clean. No pets allowed in the restrooms.
GARBAGE: Please put bagged garbage in the dumpsters provided. Do not burn garbage in the fire rings. Dumpster locations are indicated on the park map. Please dispose cigarette butts in garbage/dumpster, not on the ground.
ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages must be kept within your own campsite.
PACKAGES AND MAIL: Leisure Acres Campground is not responsible for the delivery or pickup of packages at the campground. Leisure Acres Campground will not accept mail for Extended Stay. We recommend Extended Stay obtain an United States Postal Service P.O. Box for the receipt of mail. Please do not send packages that require a signature as our office will not be responsible for signing for your packages.
INTERNET: Wi-Fi is offered as a FREE service to our guests. It is intended for moderate use such as searching the internet and checking email, NOT downloading large files or streaming TV/movies. We do not provide Cable TV. Wi-Fi not compatible with devices unable to enter a passcode.
